I had to be asap in Tequila, Jalisco for Mexico’s Independence Day so the best option to arrive on time was to hitchhike.
The result, 50km cycle and 3 different hitchhikes.
Mexico is safe. Cycle all the way or ask for a ride or two!
Tip: Grab a big cardboard and write with black letters the destination you want to go to.
Wave a lot to drivers and keep a good smile in your face but above all be patient and positive about it!
There is no tricky formula for this but just like life…strong desire and energy will get you everything you want!
